CAPIM is an integrative computational pipeline for identifying and characterizing catalytic sites in proteins. It combines enzymatic activity prediction, pocket detection, and ligand docking simulations to determine active residues and annotate them with Enzyme Commission (EC) numbers computationally. CAPIM supports multi-chain protein structures, making it suitable for comprehensive enzymatic analysis in complex biological systems.
