This predictive model distinguishes between Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) and Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (SPMS) using electronic health records collected at each hospital visit, with a focus on identifying transitions from RRMS to SPMS. It incorporates Conformal Prediction (CP) to quantify uncertainty and integrates Explainable AI (SHAP) to interpret the contribution of individual features to the predictions. The tool is in an anonymized form for research purposes.
