HDAnalyzeR-app is a graphical interface for HDAnalyzeR R-package developed by the Human Disease Blood Atlas. The goal is to simplify data analysis for biomarker discovery in disease research. With HDAnalyzeR, you can easily perform tasks like protein differential expression analysis, classification modeling, dimensionality reduction and data visualization.
