Description

IFCB Plankton Classifier is a web application that automates phytoplankton image classification using a ResNet-50 model trained on the SMHI IFCB Plankton Image Reference Library and NIVA datasets. It combines single-image inference, large-scale batch processing, and threshold-aware prediction visualisation to streamline marine plankton analysis workflows.
